Booking a session

The calendar on the session page is provided by Cal.com. When you open it or book, Cal.com receives the information needed to show availability and arrange the meeting. That can include your name, email, timezone and anything you put in the booking form. Cal.com’s own privacy terms also apply.

I use the booking information to prepare for the session, contact you about it and follow up on what we worked through. I do not sell it.

After you book, Cal.com sends the booking to my private Notion workspace. I keep your name, email, timezone, session time and the answers you chose to provide so I can prepare and follow up. The connection is limited to byHARS people, bookings and activity records. It does not create a Ralveto sales opportunity, project, payment record or marketing permission.

What this site stores

The site stores a small browser preference so the opening animation does not replay every time. It contains no profile or booking details.

Limited site measurement

I use PostHog to count a small set of interactions, such as opening the booking calendar, completing a booking, clicking a booking link or receiving an assistant answer. A completed-booking event can include the Cal.com booking reference, event type and scheduled start and end times. Site events can also include a browser identifier, page path, referring site, campaign labels and an approximate location based on your internet connection. They do not include chat messages, booking-form answers, names or email addresses, and this site does not use autocapture or session replay.

Using the AI assistant

Questions typed into the assistant are sent to Cloudflare’s AI service to generate a reply. This site does not store chat transcripts. Do not put sensitive, confidential or personal information in the chat.
