Booking a session

The calendar on the session page is provided by Cal.com after a payment is confirmed. Cal.com receives the information needed to show availability and arrange the meeting. Ziina handles the payment and card or wallet details needed to process it. byHARS receives the payment intent reference, status, amount and currency, not card details. Cal.com and Ziina’s own privacy terms also apply.

I use the booking information to prepare for the session, contact you about it and follow up on what we worked through. I do not sell it.

After you pay and book, Cal.com sends the booking to my private pipeline in Notion. I keep your name, email, timezone, session time and the answers you chose to provide so I can prepare and follow up. A payment and its booking are kept together. Booking with byHARS does not sign you up for Ralveto marketing.

Course notification list

When you join the course list, I keep your email address and the group you chose in Notion so I can tell you when your course opens. A notification to me does not include your email. If course emails are sent through Beehiiv, your email and selected group are shared with Beehiiv for those updates. Joining this list does not subscribe you to Ralveto emails.

You can ask to leave the course list by emailing hamza@byhars.com, or use the unsubscribe link in a course email.

What this site stores

The site stores a small browser preference so the opening animation does not replay every time. During a visit, it also keeps a random visit reference, first page, referring site and campaign labels in your tab’s session storage. Those labels accompany a course signup or checkout so I can see which links bring enquiries. They contain no name, email or form answers.

Limited site measurement

I use PostHog to count page visits and a small set of interactions, such as starting checkout, opening the booking calendar, submitting a booking, joining the course list or receiving an assistant answer. Events include a random visit reference, page path, referring site and campaign labels. PostHog may derive an approximate location from your internet connection. Events do not include chat messages, booking-form answers, booking references, meeting times, names or email addresses. This site does not use autocapture or session replay, and respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Using the AI assistant

Questions typed into the assistant are sent to Cloudflare’s AI service to generate a reply. This site does not store chat transcripts. Do not put sensitive, confidential or personal information in the chat.
